Muhammad Ather Khawaja
Muhammad is an energetic and visionary entrepreneur with over 18 years of real estate experience. He started his entrepreneurial career in 2005 after getting his MBA by setting up a real estate firm in Sharjah, under the name of “Footprint Real Estate.” The business flourished and within just a few years it rose to be one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the UAE with offices across four Emirates. A renowned industry name, he also heads the Khamash Group of Companies, a regional powerhouse with an array of businesses operating in the Middle East.

Hamid Shabir Khawaja
Hamid has a highly diversified sales and business development experience, having worked in the UAE real estate industry for over a decade. He has been named a top performer in different quarters of real estate sales 7 times now and has been the best attendee in the Oxford Workshop. He is currently leading an expert sales team of over 80 members and has conducted hundreds of successful sales events across the Middle East, Asia, Europe and Africa.

Footprint Real Estate has over 100 affiliates, serving international clientele from the Far East, Russia, Indian Subcontinent, Middle East, Africa, Europe and the Western World. Our experience makes us uniquely equipped to serve clients worldwide and advise them about the most suitable and exciting real estate investment opportunities.
To serve our regional clients even better, we plan to diversify with owned and operated branch offices in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Sultanate of Oman, Kingdom of Bahrain, and Kuwait. As part of our phased expansion plan, Pakistan, India, China, and Singapore offices will also launch soon.
