    Footprint Real Estate, based in Bay Square – Business Bay, Dubai, is seeking a highly skilled CRM Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a CRM specialist, with a proven track record of success in lead generation and conversion within the
    real estate and eCommerce sectors. This position requires expertise in CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms, as well as experience in generating MIS reports. As a CRM Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing our customer relationship management system, focusing on lead generation and conversion. You will work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement strategies for lead generation within the real estate and eCommerce sectors, utilizing CRM tools to identify and target potential leads.

     

    Responsibilities:

     

    • Manage and optimize our CRM system (HubSpot or similar) to ensure efficient lead management
      and tracking.

    About the Position: We are looking to hire confident, proactive, and assertive Leader to lead & manager the
    property management division

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Corresponding with tenants and landlords of residential and commercial properties on the management
      of their properties, renting and/or selling
    • Coordinating with vendors, building managements, RERA, real estate developers, banks, Dewa, Chiller
      companies and other relevant institutions on issues related to property management properties.
    • Conducting comparative market analysis to determining rental and sale prices of property.
    • Prospecting to obtain more property management units
    • Screening the tenants to ensure they’re a good fit
    • Drafting tenancy contracts, memorandum of understanding, confidential and referral agreements, and
      other documents for properties
    • Working with real estate agents for the advertisement of vacant units and to rent the properties.
    • Managing tenants move-in/move-out inspections and handover apartment to new tenants
    • Receiving maintenance requests, prepare work order and escalating same to maintenance team
    • Ensuring proper filing/records in the Property Management Software is achieved
    • Following up with rent defaulters, enforce the tenancy contract and when required initiate the legal
      notice and/or eviction of the tenant at the rental dispute center.
    • Managing lease renewals of properties and refund of security deposits
    • Scheduling and monitoring repairs, renovations, and preventive maintenance
    • Preparing the income reports, coordinating with the accounts department on transfer of funds to owners,
      payments to vendors and services charges of apartments.
    • Creating annual budgets and presentation on the department’s goals.
    • Effectively managing staff of the department

    Requirements:

    • Should have related experience in property administration between 4 to 5 years
    • Should have relevant bachelors degree
    • Certification in property management/property administration is an asset
    • Have an ability to solve problems, using facts and reasoning
    • Possess strong telephone skills, written and oral communication skills
