    We are looking to hire Portfolio Manager / Sr. Portfolio Manger who is confident, enthusiastic, proactive, and assertive individuals to achieve sales targets on a consistent basis.

     

    Language: Russian & English (Bilingual)

     

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Proven track record of success in real estate sales, with a minimum of 1 years of experience as real estate agent.
    • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service to clients.
    • Excellent knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment, with a passion for staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Assist and report to the Sales Manager in Leading, Directing and Motivating the sales team in order to achieve the overall corporate sales objectives.
    • Built-up a team of Agents reports to him at the time of joining.
    • Responsible for operating and maintaining real estate properties with the goal of maximizing income and profits.
    • To generate sales opportunities by identifying appropriate business targets.
    • Providing a professional and excellent level of trainings to team members.
    • Focused on obtaining high level of customer service with existing and new clines.
    • Lead & supervise real estate sales team, perform administrative duties and stay informed about the latest changes in the real estate industry.
    • Offer advice and motivate their team to close sales.
    • Develop effective training programs that teach sales how to acquire customers, negotiate deals, and secure financing and complete paperwork for the sale following SOP’s.
    • Set weekly, monthly and yearly monetary goals for the agents to achieve and conducted sales meeting.
    • Perform human resources duties, such as conducting interviews, hiring new staff and transferring or dismissing seasoned staff.
    • Attend association meetings to receive the latest information on housing regulations and legislation that affects the industry.
    • Continually look to identify further business opportunities through effective lasing with other related businesses and colleagues.
    • Plan, design and conduct appropriate marketing and selling strategies for individual properties within budgetary limit.
    • To assist the Sales Manager in revising and implementing the sales strategies plans.
    • Supervise the shift that you are scheduled and completing all assigned duties to you and your team members.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Minimum 2-3 years of Experience in UAE Real Estate (particular in Off plans).
    • Ability to Build and Manage a team
    • Experience & having sound knowledge with UAE Real Estate Developers.
    • Bachelor’s degree.
    • UAE Driving License is a must.
    • Hindi & English Language is must.
