CEO & FOUNDER
Muhammad is an energetic and visionary entrepreneur with over 18 years of real estate experience. He started his entrepreneurial career in 2005 after getting his MBA by setting up a real estate firm in Sharjah, under the name of “Footprint Real Estate.” The business flourished and within just a few years it rose to be one of the fastest-growing real estate firms in the UAE with offices across four Emirates. A renowned industry name, he also heads the Khamash Group of Companies, a regional powerhouse with an array of businesses operating in the Middle East.
Muhammad has also been an advisor for local and international GCC companies; a member of the Karachi chamber of commerce; GCC Market Advisory Commerce member; Advisor and Head of Export to Pakistan, Duchem based in the SAIF zone; and currently, he is a member of the Pakistan Business Council. He also sits on the panel of “Real Estate Experts” where he provides expert industry advice.
