Requirements:

Proven experience as a telecaller executive, representative, or in a similar sales/customer service role.
Experience in the real estate industry is preferred.
Must be available for immediate joining (based in the UAE).
Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage but not mandatory.
Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
Ability to understand client needs and persuade effectively.
The monthly package includes attractive incentives for achieving targets.
Reimbursements are covered.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dubai for a International Relationship Manager. The International Relationship Manager will be responsible for engaging with potential & prospective International Clients across geographies, providing information about best real estate deals & persuading them to seek closures. The daily tasks include making cold calls, following up with leads, and conducting sales presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

Identifying & reaching out to potential international buyers across shores to discuss on premium & luxury real estate properties in the UAE. Cultivating relationships with International clients, thus arranging and conducting virtual/in-person property viewings, for potential buyers. Evaluate potential investment properties by conducting due diligence and analyzing the financial feasibility of the investment. Follow & be updated with industry regulations, licensing requirements & ethical guidelines to ensure compliance in all investment activities. Meeting with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and financial capabilities. Helping international clients navigate the financial aspects of real estate transactions, including mortgage options and currency exchange. Be well versed with the rules & regulations of the UAE Real Estate Market. Ensuring that all transactions adhere to UAE real estate laws and regulations. Providing exceptional customer service to clients throughout the selling process.

Requirements:

Proven track record in international real estate sales (mainly developer experience or equivalent) Very Good Knowledge of real estate industry and legal regulations Very Good Communication Skills (Verbal, Written) Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems Analytical mindset and attention to detail for conducting investment analysis and evaluating investment opportunities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excelling organizational skills.
